- Topic: How can i know a pet is an adult in the new system?.

You know, that's a good question. With the new system, the concept of an adult creature is more of an abstaction since babies are equal to their adult counterparts. At one point I thought that when a pet rolled over as many times as its CL it would become an adult, but that would take years for a CL...

Yes it was a huge bummer. You do get a BARC speeder with the Total Experience. You also might ask around. If an MCH got the digital download, they would have gotten the level 10 varactyl. Then, if they did the quest, they would also have the level 65 varactyl. Maybe you can inherit one from someone ...

Aggression 3
I took a CL69 reptilian flier to the Avatar Platform. He had Aggression 3 as an innate special. He managed to hold aggro well beyond my expectations. He even managed to keep the mobs from jumping on the healers frequently. Now if I could train him with armor and defense, he would be a truely fine ta...

Creature Fully Trained
The plan was to train a CL10 varactyl with Fleet Footed 3 and use its fourth slot for Defensive Agility 1 since she's not really a fighter. I had her trained up to Fleet Footed 2 and opened a third slot. Since Fleet Footed 3 is proving itself to be elusive, I went ahead and trained Defensive Stance ...

Learning Cap?
Has anyone seen if there is going to be a limit to the amount of skills we can learn from our pets? The training window looks like it can easily hold all 75 current skills (25 x 3). I don't see a feature that allows us to unlearn a skill to make room for new ones, so maybe there is no limit to our k...

I have one hotkey {F7} set up with this macro: /tellpet attack (or whatever you have trained your pet to recognize as the attack command. It has to be at least 2 letters. /tellpet doesn't recognize single letter commands) I have a second hotkey {F8} set up with this one: /tellpet follow (or whatever...

Hi Bwookie, Since I created my main character over 2 years ago, I have never changed his professions. He is a Teras Kasai / Creature Handler. This combo has advantages and disadvantages, like any combo would. The advantages include that melee fighters have some nice defensive mods, so when we are st...

Hi Skyla, Nice to see new faces here :) Your second question first... You are correct that the creature level of your worrt will never increase. The good news is that the CL isn't all that important anymore, other than determining whether or not a creature is within your taming capability. You can m...
