According to that thread, it is an AOE (Area of Effect) bleed attack. Meaing it bleeds multiple targets. And it DOES NOT transfer to BE pets.

It's like disease...but not. It wounds the enemy, and gives it black bar, but at the same time makes it bleed. It's a really nice special, but nasty if used against you.
