try to get a Crimson Razor cat, lvl 29. look in the NE corner of Corelia.
MCH/Master Scout/ Rifleman 2/2/1/3/ Ranger 0/0/3/0

(actually, i dropped the ranger and became a master rifleman before the NGE)

for the crimson razor cat go to the rogue corsec base I have found many there lately, on multipule servers
