These are indeed the ones that new CH's look for. It was the first creature I ever tamed in the wild. Gettnig one can be dangerous, however, because the lairs often are surrounded by adult wrixes (non agg) and perhaps 1 or 2 mottled wrixes (agg). If you fail your tame attempt, they may all attack you, so use mask scent, and be ready to burst run away if the baby turns on you. I would only use these to kill durnis, paralopes, crazed durnis (carefully), and vrelts (not noxious or diseased). But remember, the creature only has to hit the target once, and you get all the Creature Handler experience. The pet could do just 1 hit point of damage, and then you kill the target, and you still get the XP. A small pet like this will get you started, but with only 1300 HAM, you must remember that you won't get XP if your creature gets knocked out. I have found these on Corellia and Talus, and they are perhaps on other planets as well.

It is comparable to a Gurreck, and is nice in variety (Mottled and others)

Ive heard it said that this is hte best thing it tame as soon as you get novice, accounting to its excellent HAM and Stat's, and seeing as how a novice can tame it by himself, but I also found out that it has the exact same stats as the regular fynock, and hence the first 2 critters I tamed were both excelent
