I prefer being right up there with my pets doing battle. That way I can more easily heal them with pet stims as needed, and can help take out the enemy more quickly. Almost to master Fencer and working towards master Creature Handler and honestly have been having a great time at it.

I have noticed that when I /pet my pet they tend to calm down and the ones I have that fly land and quietly sit on the ground. Something to try if you don't want your pet standing or flying.

It actually would be nice if the natural armor was increased for our pets some, especially for pvp situations.

I notice that a lot of folks love to have the Mereks Deathhead but when one time hunting with a group we came across the Mereks Battlelord and that just seemed to be one kick butt critter that would rock as a pet. Has someone tamed both and can you post up what you thought was the pro's/con's of one...

Yeah, I have been having a great time with my pets. Since I am in the game apparantly after some major nerfs I can't compare what CH used to be. I definitely am not out to be the most uber leet type of person. Just there to have fun :) Still wish the pets could have made it on toolbar hotkey tho ;)

hehe now if our pets swayed to the music when we played it that would rate right up on the \"How cool is that\" meter to Very Very Cool :)
