Requesting some cut and paste from the SOE forums

Could someone please cut and paste that sticky thread from the BE forum on the SOE boards with macros for newbie Bio-Engineers? It used to be stickied at least, I haven't been able to get on that site from work in quite a while now. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I know I'd like to see that information just out of curiosity. A note attached would be nice or perhaps even the boss tag as Juntao was saying he'd consider. I know I was rather surprised the first time I saw a Diseased Vrelt Matriarch when I was just clearing a nest to place my harvester. :)
