Gath, your numbers are correct for the chance to hit.

You can shave off several CL by weighting the HAM, since 50% of it is wasted with even bars! While many people don't realize it, this is one of the main reasons BE pets can be so powerful in comparison to a wild pet at an equivalent CL.

Actually the devs say that recipe though it gets passed the checker isn't legal. they are not [pressing the issues right now because they have other issues there trying to push forward (prolly actually they dont really care about BE/CH anymore)

Actually the ONLY official Dev statement is as follows:
\"These pets are more powerful than level 10 cloned pets are intended to be. I would not go so far as saying that players who made these \"cheated\" however. It is known that there are still ways to create these overpowered pets and they will be tuned down. When that happens they will be considered invalid and will have their stats/level adjusted automatically.

I'd be very interested in knowing how the \"High HAM, High Kinetic\" pet was made. That one has stats that are even out of the range that I was aware could be made. The other one is pretty standard for the broken pets however.\"

(see post here:

The devs have carefully avoided comments on these pets, as do CSRs. They have not officially called them a bug, or an exploit. They are perfectly 'legal' to make, though some BE's consider them unethical. They are able to be made because of the way pets stats are weighed... Resistances and damage being the heaviest factors, and these pets not doing much damage and no more than two resistances (kinetic and blast).
