Insane Mantigrue Berserker

Hi,
I am having problems finding these - there was a suggestion on the swg bio boards that they are a boss monster - can anyone confirm this and the type of lair they come from (and if its a deranged mantigrue lair - where do I find them - I only ever seem to come accross free flapping deranged mantigrues).
Any enlightenment much appreciated.
