After discovering that tissues actually use 50/30/20 OQ/PE/FL to derive their stats, I have written a small web-based calculator for Nutrients.

I'm removing the sticky since Juntao added the Calculator to the site. The one at this link might be more up to date, however there shouldn't be too many changes to it at this point.
