Reducing pet lvl's

Hi does anyone out there have a tip on shaving off a few pet lvl's ?

i make a nice low non ch pet with MH for kinetic resists and drop the others to vunerable with gronda and mottled wrix.

what i want to do is resample them and drop them to lvl 10 from 11-13 without spoiling the good ham and high kinetic.

The whole piont is i want it to be a nice none CH (10)

I think you can try

MH-MH-1st-1st-1st
or
MH-1st-1st-1st-1st

But if you are not master, resampling really gets frustrating as you have a pretty good chance to destroy your creature. Once you master, you get to sample pretty well. I think I average around 3-5 samples. But with 3-4-4-4, I was destroying lots of creatures when resampling....

thanks for that responce
ive tryed that allready and if i experiment to keep good hams it stays the same lvl as the original and if i don't it's not a patch on the first creature. i wonderd if there was a critter or a recipy to make dna for the agro dna slot that would give very low damage and lose me to 2 or 3 lvls i needed for a lvl 10

Only experiment in physique and prowess. The Mind pool will get fairly low, but pets rarely get hit in that, and pet stims heal it, so its not as bad for pets to have low mind as it is for players. Mental and aggression raise pet levels. Dont touch them... Besides that... I dont know what resists you have, but try to get rid of everything but kinetic and blast, especially any energy resist, as that weighs more heavily on CL than most other resists.

Oh, and about lowering aggression and damage, its Fierceness, not power that you need to lower most to lower CL. Around 25 is what you want for a nonCH creature. Using a resample in aggression typically lowers it enough to get about 25. I frequently use MH-MH-gen1-gen1-MA for a second generation and then make a third generation completely made up of resamples from the second gen, that keeps the power (damage) up, but not the fierceness.
