Prices very on servers, but 2credit per egg is probably too cheap. Then again, I don't make too much tailor tissues, so what do I know...
You could run a price check on your server's trade forum I think. Just state your resources quantity/quality in details and say that you would like to know what kind of prices you can expect. I bet you get a better price for at least your eggs.

It looks like the eggs from Endor on Bloodfin are of great quality, OQ and PE are both around 900 or so.
I too have no idea what to charge for that stuff. occasionally, you can see people asking for milk and eggs on the trade forums on the Official page. I think I saw someone buying milk for 50cpu, and at one time 300 cpu for a certain quality of eggs. (yes, 300!)
