Hi
Is BE the only way for a non-ch to have a bantha mount? My Bantha, Betty, is obviously no good for non-ch as she is level 20.
Can the growth be stunted (or it can be traded in with a CH Trainer between 11-14?)
I don't want to have to pay loads of money buying BE bantha deeds and only get a tiny profit - would much rather tame my own (for the thrill as much as anything!)
thanks

Low level bantha
I haven't had a chance to try it myself yet, but if you get a normal Bantha [CL 15] they can then be traded in by a non-CH to a trainer and readjusted to a level 10. Someone was also saying that doing this, even if it is a baby, will make it into a level 10 that is full grown.
Now, like I said I haven't gotten to try, but I will be soon. If it works it will probably be fixed later, but good to try for now

I'm not a fast tamer; I'm not a slow tamer; I'm a half-fast tamer.

I read in some article that you could stunt Carrion Spat growth so they don't become too big for non-ch (if it's a giant one I suppose). Maybe that's baloney :)
Yeah, I found out I couldn't do the trade-in thing myself last night too - that's just plain silly - what's the difference between me trading in a pet and the person whose Bantha I am going to train doing it? Are they afraid we might actually be able to [i:0db0fc16b0]sell [/i:0db0fc16b0]something for a change?

Customer: Hi - you got any mounts for sale?
Me: Yeah, but it's level 12 so you'll have to trade with me, then take the pet over there and trade with that Creature Handler trainer...then you'll need to trade with me and I can train your pet as a mount and then trade it back to you.
Customer: Actually mate, I can't be bothered.

Customer: Hi, you got any mounts for sale?
Me: Yes, here you go. *trade*
Customer: Wow thanks, that was so easy, and yet so satisfying. I will surely purchase mounts from you again!
See what I mean?
This isn't a whine, it's an observation :)
