From the main page (from the forums, the \"SWGCreatures.com\" link at the top), you can do a search for the creature you want to edit. If it is not found, then you can \"Add Creature\" from the menu to the left.
I tried updating the information from your picture but Juntao was modifying something so I couldn't edit the creature.
