90 Pages of Ghosts

I found a new section of SWGCreatures to explore... run for your lives!

I pulled up the membership list and sorted by 'post'. By page 8, I had reached the '0 posts'. Wow! 90 pages of people who had nothing to say? I wish people in RL were that quiet *grin*

That means that LOTS of people who needed information found this site, came and registered, found the info (hopefully) and left. That further means that a small percentage of people are due props, and I'm here to hand 'em out :)

To the brave few who've posted that question, even though that voice in your head was screaming \"NO, that's a stupid, stupid question!\", thank you. You are the fuel that keeps SWGCreatures Forums so vital and vibrant. To those of you who keep posting the same question over and over expecting different results, have those voices looked into by a professional...

To the information gurus who have taken the time to reply to all the questions, no matter how many times they've been asked and answered, asked and answered, asked and answered... thank you. Your experience and knowledge have given many of us the guidance that we've needed to find our way through the forests...

To Juntao and Lantyssa... you are my heroes. You are a large part of the reason that this rodian stayed interested in creature handling from the start. I had no interest in CH, but one day my scout tree tapped me on the shoulder and said \"Hey Zurl... ever think about CH?\" I found SWGCreatures shortly thereafter and found a home here. I was (am still) so impressed at how nice everyone is here. The respect that everyone shows each other is so wonderful. No flaming, no name calling, no tempers... or a lot of timely editing on the part of the admins :)

Thanks to you all, really. Without you, I probably wouldn't be the CH I am today and almost certainly would not have enjoyed the journey nearly as much. /hugs all...


Oh yeah, and thanks to the 90 pages of ghosts who inspired this post in the first place :)

Its nice to see a fellow Tempest CH offline (well not really offline).

Yes I also feel very grateful to SWGcreatures.com community. Without it, CH life would be like a walk in a dark. As a BE/CH, I can really appreciate this site. How could I ever know what to sample for Dizzy + Intimidation combo, or a creature with highest HAM for CL 25 etc etc...

And you are right, thankfully, we haven't had any issues with flamers or aggressive posters here. I hadn't really thought about it until you posted it up. Of course we have a pretty small community of posters, but hopefully the civility of it all will remain no matter how many folks decide to chime in!

And I'll take this chance to thank everyone who has contributed. While not many have made posts on the forums, around 500 people have updated creature data at some point, and 120 have added DNA data. Without those folks, this site would be nothing more than an empty shell =)

I love this site and it's the best set of posters on the forum I've met so far!! Anybody that's been lucky enough to chat with Juntao outside of SWG relatedness knows how friendly he is as well. Thank you Juntao.

Hey Nytar... yeah, it's me. I've been found out.

You've been working with Ochimo, the tailor and Lunitarri, the crazy woman on and off. You might have noticed their house is called ZOL's Retreat. Well, I'm the \"Z\" in ZOL, and now you know as much as I do. I assume no further liability :P

I'm surprised we haven't crossed paths more often, seeing as how we often seem to be hunting the same creatures. Luni, Ochi, me and another guy have been running Mokk missions on Dantooine for big bucks and crystals lately. You're welcome to join us anytime you want. But you probably already know that :)
