What Skill Box gives you Attack Speed data?

Do you get Attack Speed at Master Ranger? Is that also where you get Damage?

I have Tracking IV, so I can see everything about a creature besides what you get at Master Ranger. Was just wondering if that's where those two additional pieces of info come from.

All wild creatures have an attack speed of 2. Only bio-engineered creatures differ from this, so go ahead and fill in a 2 when you add new creatures or update one without it.
