Probably a stupid question

Hello People,
I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but this is all a little confusing to me. I'm trying to help my master doc friend on the Corbantis server. He says he needs avian and herbivore meat with the overall quality and potential energy over 800. Well, I looked on swgcraft.com and swgcreatures.com and I still don't know what creature to harvest this quality of meat from. On swgcreatures.com, it gave me a list, for example, of animals on Lok that have avian meat. So I look through the list and write down the creatures that have high quality meat. I go to Lok and kill them and none of them have the quality of meat that it says it has on the website. On swgcraft.com it says stuff like Aegya and Oeglafe, but that doesn't tell me what creature to get it from. How do I find out what creatures to get good quality meat from? Again, I'm sorry if this has been asked a hundred times, but I don't know what else to do. Please help if you can.

Be sure you are looking at the right server. And unfortunately my data from SWGCraft can be somewhat outdated. I don't update is often as I should.
