Rare Pets....

It's my understanding that Prowling Gurreck is considered one of the more rare pets, however i've used some of my scouring/tracking methods on endor to hunt down a prowling gurreck... have found some adults but no packs with a baby and definately no lair/nests. And the waypoints that were given to go with the prowling gurreck sighting had none in a 500m radius so perhaps an update had changed their spawn positions? if anyone has recently tamed a prowling gurreck baby could you tell me the waypoint? thanks

I tamed a prowling gurreck right after Pub 10 went live. Somehow, I saw a surge of prowling gurreck baby then on my server (Tempest).

When I first found one, it aggroed me and after running from it too far, it poofed. I do not remember where I saw this one, but somewhere near smuggler's outpost.

The second one(the one I tamed) was SW of smuggler's OP about 1000m out(sorry didn't get WP...). I was sampling Merek Harvester DNAs (I see MHs alot lately, too, yey!). Its the area with no trees and lots of hills.

In both of these encounters, the baby was with its pack. I saw a bunch of red dots with one yellow dot on my radar.

Both the baby prowlers i've tamed were about 1000m West of the Smugglers OP (was lookin for mereks at the time) no exact w/p tho sorry

The first one was alone (!) and the 2nd was in a pack :)

If you travel 800-1000 west of the smuggler's outpost and then travel in a southeasterly arc toward 800-1000 south of the outpost, you should find prowling gurrecks. I have never gotten a baby, but I've killed many of the adults. I once found a little gulley formed by two logs that seemed to glitchfully trap prowling gurreck spawns. There were about 12 of them trapped there. That was some fun fighting :)

k yeah the great plains stalker wasn't at either of the waypoints... i noticed the razorcats spawn position completely changed since a few patches ago its no longer even close to the same area, is there anyone who's hunted and captured a baby within the last few days?

p.s. (few hours later) i'm still hunting the gps and no waypoint, nor yours nor the guy with all the waypoints on his little article about the gps even tried every single mention of a location of sighting one of these, and i havent even seen an adult yet
