Searchable by Resource Type?

First off, this is a wonderful site!! Thank you for doing all this work :)
I'd like to request the ability to be able to search the creatures based on the type of resource that they give when harvested (Carnivore Meat, Avian Bone, etc.)
I would find this information invaluable since, as a Doctor and soon-to-be Chef, I'd love to be able to find out what creature types drop which resources. That would give me a great head start with what animals to hunt for particular resources.
