To Hit Calculation Error

You forgot to add the 0.19, it seems. The \"correct\" calculation is:
To Hit = 0.19 + Cleverness/1500
To Hit = 0.19 + Cleverness/1500
Thanks for the heads up. I had the formula correct, but small error in order of operations was causing it to lost some precision.
Should be working correctly now!
