Mounts will take up an active pet slot. Only Masters can have 2 pets out. What level 10 mount would be worth riding if you have a level 50 pet out?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

New creatures have been added so that there are level 10 versions of all current mounts. Mounts that are added in the future will most likely be higher than level 10, but you'll be able to get level 10 versions of those from bio-engineers.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Wookies currently have a creature taming bonus. What happens to them? It would be bad if Wookies became worse.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Essentially, the skillmod stays. Wookiees will still be able to tame creatures easier than other species.

The level that they can tame is still the max level of what they can tame, but it doesnt mean they will tame the creature on the first attempt IE, if your skillmod is lower, your ability to tame is lower. That will mean they might have to make multiple attempts and those with higher skillmods might

succeed sooner.

Additionally, the Tame Wild Creatures skillmod is being distributed though the tree, and the Tame Vicious Creatures skillmod is remaining in the Taming line, as-is.

Quote: Here is what we're going to do to address that: NPCs and creatures will get just a tiny bit smarter, and will realize that when you send a pet to attack them, _you_ are attacking them. This doesn't mean that they will instantly and always ignore your pet and head straight for you, but they won't just completely ignore you, either. And if they kill your pet, they'll definitely be attacking you next.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To clarify, I was standing up, not attacking, and even used the /tellpet command to order attack. Instantly, the piket aggroed on me, and attacked me, even though the pets were much closer. Or are you saying this will happen more often?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Currently that happens if you are grouped with your pet, and doesn't happen if you are not grouped with your pet. The change is: It won't matter whether you're grouped with your pet or not.

Note that we will be making on-going enhancements to AI behaviors which may or may not make the game more challenging for you (and everyone else).

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So only master CH will be able to transfer Creatures?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As with the current system, non-CH pets (i.e. those below level 10) can be transferred without knowing the transfer command.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What level will you have to be to teach the mount command?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Management IV.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What about the levels of game mobs? There has been a lot of speculation regarding the adjustment of some creature levels for some specific creatures. Will those types of changes occur in conjunction with these proposed changes?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yes.
