CL 70 Kinad Baz Nitches

Postby quartu22 » Thu Jun 09, 2005 8:25 am

I also posted this on the \"Bug\" forums, but maybe it will get more response here.
I've been trying to tame a Kinad Baz Nitch - it's CL70. I don't have any problems getting it to respond to my tame command, however, it will not tame. It continues to either agro me or I get \"fail\" and it eventually agroes me. I tried for over a half hour to tame that baby, maybe longer, LOL. I cleared the surrounding creatures, blew the lair, was wearing my taming/training bio clothes, masked scent, tried kneeling, creeping up on it....... and have been unsuccessful. Is anyone else having the same problem taming CL70 creatures? If you're tamed one, I could use some hints. I think after being a MCH for almost 2 years, I have the technique down, but who knows, hehe. Thanks!

I responded to your other thread, but as for technique, the only thing I may be able to suggest is to use a macro that goes something like:

/dismount;
/pause 0.3;
/tame;
/pause 0.3;
/mount speeder;

I may have it wrong but it should be something similar. This will let you tame pretty safely. If you have not been using it already, you might wanna try it. You shake aggro relatively quickly because you can just fly out when it aggros.

Another thing is to use food to increase taming. I forgot what it was tho...

I appreciate the suggestion. The only I didn't do was use the food. I'll have to check into that cause I was patient with the 3 babies I tried to tame and no luck. Thanks :D
