Selling Mounts

Postby brainstuff » Mon Mar 15, 2004 4:13 am

Hi chaps

Just wondering what sort of price I should offer them at if I realistically want to sell any?

Have you sold any? Have you any funny mount-selling funny stories you'd like to share? :)

thanks

Hey bud,

Since the birth of vehicles mounts are kinda useless these days. If you have Non-CH Mounts I sell them for 2000 credits max. CH pets you can't give away. The key is to have a Bio Engineer make you awsome mounts. You then grow them up in your data pad and then sell the higher hit point and higher protection pets for a lot more. I hope it helped.

I find that the Non-Ch mounts are impluse buys... I find a nice starport and pull them out... I ahve a baby cupa \"MountsForSale' patroling the square. On a good day I sell the mount within 10-20 mins.

I haven't sold any Ch mounts, but hey we can get our own. So I am in the 'Impluse Shopping' Market. Although I will say more people are buying mounts, especially newbies... they have the vechiles and now want something cool.

That is a good idea about the BE / Non - CH mounts if the nerf hasn't totally messed that up. I will look into it. At least the BE Cu-pas will sell since they are the hot item right now.

Good Luck in Sales....

I sell anything CL 10 for 10k. That's cheaper than a X34 Landspeeder plus it's something to soak up damage for you in a fight which is extremely useful for someone that's not a creature handler. It's also nice to throw in some pet stims free of charge.

key to selling non ch mounts is make them look very cool. look for big creatures and always keep them out (if you really want to) to make them grow bigger. falumpasets are good, but plodding falumpasets, the none ch option.

Can't you fight (at least shoot) from a creature mount? I KNOW you can't from a speeder...

You can fight from a mount, but you aren't able to use any special attacks.

Sounds like a decent level 22 dewback to me. Do you know what the kinetic resistance is off hand? Average price too.
