I have never seen one, but I'm a BE and i make them all the time...seems everyone wants them :)

They are not available in the wild. You need to have a BE make you one.

i got one lvl 10 and one lvl 12 Cu pa all natural, i just tamed them in the wild yesterday. (Valcyn)
