what an adventure

Postby xiriss » Fri Nov 19, 2004 4:29 pm

in an effort to try and get my unarmed IV, and exploration IV, and hunting IV completed. I was givin a speed sliced vibroknuckler for healing some guy in the med center of coronet, So I started soloing, bigger and bigger creatures, (the bigger the creature, the more the xp for all skills involved, right) ok so now I know better, I moved to picking on herds of grondas, was fun for a while, though it got to being a pain trying to dispatch three of em at a time,(great xp though 1400+ each), now I have started soloing sharnaffs, the best part about al of the animals is that they are spawning right outside my front door. each of these animals takes me apporamatly 15-20 min to subdue, except the sharnaff took me about 20-25 min. so what is next... I guess I just keep doing the samething till I get my skills finished up. wish me luck

Thats great Xiriss. Keep a close eye on the condition of your ubese tho. Once its 20/25% down, get to Pascha right away and let him repair it.

You'll stand a better chance of it not falling apart during repair. Actually any Master Artisan/Armorsmith will have the best success rate. But of course Pascha won't charge you.... :) And he'll replace any parts that go \"poof\".

If it is taking you that long to take out those creatures, I suggest trying different creatures. This is because in my experience there is a limit to how much xp you can get for each creature you kill depending on the skills you have in that combat profession. You could be getting the same amount of xp on MUCH easier animals.

well I solo the creatures, now and get much less xp, due to my serious advancement in TK, however I was getting some serious xp (close to 4k) per each kill, however I have found that meatlumps and ragtags will give you much more xp in the same amount of time, if you are quick enough to loot them so they respawn, plus the financila gain from meatlumps is killer, I can make 20k in 10 min just looting the credits, and now almost have 2 full gongs an orange rug and a blue rug, just from smacking the meatlumps, but the xp from them once you start getting more and more advanced in the prof of your choice keeps going down so these days I will spend about 10 min a day looting them as the xp that I get from them is rather worthless.
