On the WanderHome server - there is a lineup of advanced profession trainers in New Aurora on Tatooine by the mall, including creature handler

On Ahazi in the player city Twin Suns there is a CH trainer in the middle with some other trainers as well. That city is closest to Mos Eisley on Tatooine.
