remember, the max you can get is +25. there is also food, almond somthing, that gives a bonus as well, forget the almond bonus is.
Best bet is to actually NOT look for them. Just take it casual, go to vendors, look for tailor vendors as a fair amount of them will have BE clothes. When you are travelling, look for BE's and Tailors and talk to them. That is how I got mine, I saw a Tailor and talked to her.
