What is the difference between special protection and effectiveness?
If something has 50%kinetic u obviously only do 50% dmg but if u have 50% effectiveness does it do 50% dmg still?

Is vulnerable just no protection or what is it dmg wise?

I believe creature's armors are calculated just like our own armors.

Basically, effectiveness is a base protection against that damage type and special protection overrides effectiveness when it is higher than effectiveness. Vulnerable means that its the same as wearing no armor.

Yeah so in your example, I think SP=50% and Effectiveness=50% is the same thing.
