hmmm....what i think i will do is try Master Rifleman with 4/0/0/0 TKA and MCH, and see how that works out. I got a question tho.

How much damage/speed can you do with the best gun for rifleman?

hehe how much damage? well the t21 (energy dmg) is imo the best rifle for pve, I have one with 525 dmg w/ pup its 698, plus its heavy armor piercing.

At master rifle your speed capped at 1; So I can fire that rifle as fast as a pistoleer can fire his pistol

Only prob with rifleman is the grind to get master, I suggest you get a nice laser rifle (due to its higher speed rating) use this till you have 0004 in rifleman (speed tree), if you have a bunch of saved combat xp this is easy to get right away. Or you can get speed pup on the t21 and use it.

With the carbineer skills I have presently (0-0-4-2) I can hit for 2000 damage using Burst Shot 2 with my Stocked Laser Carbine that has a max damage of 500 with a powerup. Plus, Carbineer has a lot of status effects on the shots too.
